Fulfillment, Shipping, & Returns

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

To Request a Return/Exchange:

  • Go to: shauntapparel.com/account/login
  • Create or log in to your account - using the same email to place your order
  • Click on the order you wish to return/exchange
  • Click "Request Return"
  • Select Item(s)
  • Select Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Note requested size for any exchanges - If left blank, no exchange will be sent.
  • Click "Request Return"

We will accept unworn, unwashed or unused merchandise in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns - We will only cover shipping costs for exchanges. Once your request is approved, you will be provided a shipping address for return.
  • Exchanges: We will fulfill all exchanges once we receive the return for exchange OR receive proof of return- i.e. photo & tracking. If an exchange is fulfilled and return item is not received for any reason, you will be charged for all items.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on any garments included in a pre-order.
  • International orders: All sales are final outside the U.S. - Any requests for return will be reviewed and granted on a case by case basis.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to review and not guaranteed.

All returns & exchanges must be requested via the return request portal. To request a return, you must have a customer account.  Any items returned or sent to us without completing the online request form will not be refunded or exchanged. 

 PROCESSING & FULLFIMENT:

- Please note that items are produced and shipped from various merchants around the globe depending on shipping address. If you place an order with multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and may arrive at different times. We do not have the ability to choose the fulfillment or shipping location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of the US)
- Please allow time for additional shipping & handling. We do not have any control over customs processing times &/or potential additional fees. Depending on the value, weight & local customs rates & policies, there may be additional customs fees and required package pick-up. The majority of international orders see minor delays with customs processing and are delivered directly to the shipping address, however there is no guarantee. Should you experience and delays or issues with customs, please contact support@shauntfitness.com

    - 8-45 business days
    - Upon delivery, may be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties

          ** Please note that all items are printed, embroidered & created on demand at time of order. Production time is dependent on warehouse volume and can take up to 10 business to be fulfilled. Shipping & Delivery estimates do not include production time. Please keep this in mind if ordering under time sensitive matters.
